According to sources, the TSRTC would run buses from various places in the city to the districts in order to provide relief to people who have to come a long way to the main stations.
TSRTC Runs 2,300 Special Buses for Godavari Pushkaralu
Apart from the Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) and Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS), special buses would be operated from peripheral areas like Cherlapally, Uppal, ECIL, Dilsukhnagar, Hayathnagar, Mehdipatnam, Lingampally, Kukatpally, Jeedimetla and other places.
“These buses would be again routed to the Jubilee bus station,” said RTC Hyderabad Zone ED A Purushottam Naik.
The corporation is also facilitating to provide buses to group bookings from the city. “If a group of passengers from 40 to 50 in numbers, requests for a bus for a particular place, they would be provided buses at a prescribed price.
For a Metro Express bus trip to Basara from Hyderabad, the corporation would charge Rs 17,600.
Similarly, for Metro Deluxe, the charges would be Rs 18,100 from Hyderabad to Basara.
The buses would be made available subject to requirement,” the official informed.
The TSRTC would have Help Desks, one each at JBS and MGBS.
